Omega Service in Pittsburgh

Can anyone recommend someone who can service an Omega in Pittsburgh, PA? Henne and Orr's won't do it because they apparently only service brands for which they're ADs. I don't really want to ship my watch away. It runs fine, and I only want to have preventative maintenance for general upkeep done.

I'm sure that it's a common industry practice (servicing only watches for which you're an AD), but it seems overly restrictive to me. If your in-house tech has the bandwidth to give a watch a good once-over, who cares if it's not one of your AD brands? I still want to pay you money for a service. Heaven forbid that I ever need to have my Smiths Everest serviced.

Thanks!
