Was posted on local maketplace

Sorry for the incredibly low res photo.
Please don’t beat me up.
but this sort of looks like a 3484. But the lugs seem off.
Have no idea if this is even real.
The bracelet must be aftermarket.

No movement pics just a interesting watch I can across on marketplace. Don't know much about vintage Patek's.
Did some research online can't find a case that looks like that one. Most likely fake?
Also i think all the mesh style bracelets come on watches with no lugs. most likely aftermarket strap, maybe aftermarket fake watch as well.

It does look like a 3484 but this style of watch covers a lot of similar models, it’s not uncommon to have a plain gold bracelet added, here is a 3484 I bought a couple of years ago, the bracelet was unsigned and marked 18K but when tested it turned out to be 14k

The lugs are different on the two watches. These are more elegant.
