Need some help please

Hi everyone.

I saw the Dark Side at an AD and fell in love! I can't get it out of my mind. However the only hi end watches that I own are Rolex and Panerai. I'm having a hard time justifying how expensive it is. I can get the Dark Side for quite a bit off retail but it's still up there. My question is how do Omega hold their value? In particular how to you think the Dark Side will hold value over time? I've never had this concern about a Rolex. I'm debating getting rid of my GMT C and I've already turned my Panerai. Thinking about three watches for my collection. Sub no date, SS Daytona, and the Dark side. Thanks!

Dark side is a beauty. Omega in my opinion do not hold resale like the Rolex though, proceed carefully. I do love Omegas however. :)

It's a gorgeous machine but I'd be pre-loved on that one

Omega don't have the resale value of Rolex. Way back it didn't really matter because they were much cheaper so the actual cash you lost was about the same. My advice is buy an Omega to keep, not to sell.
