Bracelet screw comes out on new Rolex

I bought a Milgauss a week ago from my local AD, and one screw on the bracelet keeps coming out a little bit. Specifically it is the screw on the link actually attached to the clasp on the 6 side. I have screwed it in myself with a tiny screw driver, yet it still comes out a bit (every couple of days).

Obviously this shouldn't happen and my fear is that the entire watch might fall off my wrist.

How common is this problem?

Is there any easy fix, or should I go to a RSC (there is one a few blocks away from me).

Thanks, Rich
