I like the black personally, but the white sells for a higher price in the secondary market. If you're looking at it for an "investment" go white.

If I had the opportunity to get one at retail (which I know I never will), I would get the black, it think it looks more elegant.

I always preferred the white dial but the black dial got twice the wear.

if i had to pick one that is more versatile i would say black, but i don't think there's a big difference there

personally i prefer black a little more, though i would be very very happy with either of them to say the least

White - everybody's reason is probably the same - it looks better to them.

I personally prefer the white one as it appears more visually appealing to me.

How are we supposed to pick this? It’s personal preference.

I don’t think we are picking anything, the OP simply wants to know what dial you would pick and why ? Might be gaining popular opinion and why people chose either colour ..

Off the wrist white dial looks better, on the wrist black dial looks better (with the black ceramic bezel). The older 116520 looks great with the white dial due to the stainless bezel. The white dial 116500 with the black ceramic bezel looks like an old bathroom scale. I can say that, I have a white dial

Hahaha, that's harsh. A pretty funny image, too.
Cheers

The 126 looks more refined than the 116 in both black or white dial. It’s a matter of preference..you can’t go wrong with either dial.

I prefer the black dial regardless of the series..

Can no longer keep count how many times I post what others seem to agree with as well: White 11, Black 12.

I went into detail in another post, but the effect the dial color has combined with the addition of the outer ring and thinner sub dials seems to enhance the black 12 but make the white 12 appear unbalanced.

I will also say here as I have elsewhere; unless it's someone else's money and they are telling you what to do, buy what you like and want.

The 116500LN (White) is the icon of modern Daytonas.

I can’t wait to get my 126500LN, however. I like white and black equally in new version.

The classic black dial for me.

As they always say in Roulette, always bet on black.
