I wear it 24/7 when I travel, never take it off my wrist.

At home, I take it off in the evening and when I go to bed. I also wear it at the gym when I workout, but not when I workout at home.

Sleep, yes. Workouts, depends on the workout. I don't wear in the shower anymore, that's how my crystal got cracked.

I wear my antique (1987) OP Date 24/7 unless doing something potentially harmful such as working on the truck.

And I do not wear it in the shower - just as policy. (Have to clean under there ONCE in a while anyway.)

Never without a watch on. May not risk certain watches for certain things or shower in a dress watch, but there’s always an SS watch suitable for 24/7.

I don’t get why people take their watch off to shower and then wash it in warm soap and water separately? May as well kill two birds with one stone (unless it’s vintage and you’re worried the power shower may affect the seals).

Varying watches for varying purposes. Shower, not often. Swimming laps then a swim watch with HR monitor. Sleeping, always something. Ocean swimming, a dive watch. Too many different watches. My "watch" just doesn't apply. Pretty confident that on this forum almost everyone has more than one watch!!!

I’ll leave my Submariner in the car while playing tennis. It goes in the ocean with me while surfing, and other than showering and sleeping (naps don’t count), it stays on my wrist for just about everything else. I’m a bit more fussy with other watches.

When I take off my watch in the evening, when I get home from the office and store it crown up to regulate it, its accuracy is +0.5 spd.

When I wear it 24/7, wear it when I sleep and doesn't take it off for days or weeks, it drops to +1.3 spd...but on longer period (weeks) it's +3.something spd... can't remember the exact number. I only remember that it gained more than a minute after several weeks.
What does it mean? Well, it means that my watch is accurate

I have a habit of taking my watches off when I am in the house. In general, I don’t wear one cycling or lifting weights; but I do wear one sculling or cutting the lawn.

I wear mine 24/7. At home, at work, in the shower, while sleeping, while swimming, and playing sports. The only time it comes off is when I am working on the car or around the house. One of them is from 1997 and the second Rolex is from 2008 and they both look new.

24/7/365 - pool, beach, scuba diving, sauna, gym, sleep, etc. My gmt, my current daily watch, acompanies me through everything. It’s an extension of myself. Unless I’m in a situation that requires extra care, it’s on my wrist
