IMO, the BB58 was one of the big winners this year. Looks great!

My one complaint with the original black bays were the case size.. too large & thick, imho. The bb58 is currently on my short list. It is an attractive watch, to say the least. To nitpick, I do wish they had kept the bezel numbers in silver. I'm not in love with the double gilt thing they have going on. The dial is fantastic... it is just that bezel ;x

As a owner of Rolex 5513,6538 and 79220N I have never felt that the 79220N wore that much bigger in fact when my 79220N sits next to the 6538 I always have to look twice as my old eyes tend to deceive me, however this new 58 is a home run and on my buy list for sure.

I’ve been very impressed with the value you get from the Tudors. They are great looking watches.

This thinner case is beautiful. I wish the tudor GMT pepsi used this case. So lovely.

I am hoping it does not wear as flat as the 41mm.

Lug width is 20 mm (or maybe 11,9 as someone stated on instagram).
Available in July worldwide.

It's actually slightly thinner than my already slim Seamaster 2254. I like the dimensions.

The BB41 isn't a particularly wide watch, but its slab-sided case mean you really notice every mm of thickness. I sold my BB41 because it was top heavy and uncomfortable, and having no available half-link doesn't help. I think the 58 is a great way to address those issues (although no half link, as far as I know).

Number 1 on the list, July. Considering my purchase history they are bumping me to 5 for the jubilee Pepsi.

Can’t wait. Opted for steel.

I'll wait to see it in person, but on paper I think the 58 will be superior to the original BB. The originals were just too thick.

The 58 is perfect! Also looking forward to other color variants next year in the new case/size.

Do you guys think Harrods will be doing a run of these? That'd be a real dream for me. Also wondering if they'll do a bronze one. Such a home run from Tudor.

Not familiar with this site but they have some nice glamour shots of the 58 on wrist... they also have the height listed at 11mm.

For whatever reason this site seems to often have the earliest photo shoots of new Tudor models. They had the first North Flag photo set.

I'm very close to selling my Explorer I 39mm MK2 and might replace it with this piece. Like the size, the thickness, the long power reserve, the overall looks and don't mind no-date. Good job Tudor!

I had the ETA BB and sold it as it was too big and thick.. The problem with these is that even though the stated thickness isn't much, it's very blocky and sits like a slab on the wrist..

I honestly think that with this new design it'll wear bigger than the 214270. Admittedly, I might go for one as a "short sleeve watch" when the dist settles in a year or so.

Hmm.. let's see, should be same thickness but you might be right in that it wears thicker.

Purchased it when I started missing the 114270 I sold and seeing the new lumed version as 'perfect'. I like it but find that I never wear it. I should never have sold the 114270 as I had some good memories attached to that watch.

I prefer dressier pieces at work and have sportier pieces for other times. At home and just hanging around it's great but I miss timing bezel for pasta and what not.

Will probably hold on to it a bit longer but don't like have money tied up in watches I don't use.

Tudor's BB58 is a beautiful watch and if not for the snowflake hands I would have bought one. If you really like the Explorer, I'm no horologist but for me the MkII is the classic watch: my go to watch, go any and everywhere watch. It always looks good and smart and its always appropriate. You may want to go slow and reconsider prior to flipping it. Admittedly it isn't the watch for everybody. Some could never get use to the 36 to 39 diameter increase, but others have regretted their sale and have re-purchased it. The Explorer MkII is one of my favorite watches, if not my favorite and I generally rotate it with my Submariner. My brother rotates Tudor BB58 with the MkII - a great pair.

When my BB58 finally arrives, it will be rotated with my 36mm Explorer. That watch is going nowhere!!
