Breguet Tradition - Strap Change

I ordered a new strap for my Tradition but I'm pretty paranoid of changing the strap without damaging it.

For those that have done it, what's the best method/right size screw drivers?

Also are the screws white gold too and easy to damage? What are all the exact proper tools I should have for this without boo boos?

You need to get together with the other guy for a changing party. Sounds like breguet didn’t make it easy
