I've tried on the medium small seconds (non-duo face) - my wrist is 5.5" give or take. I have to admit, it was NEVER on my radar, I was trying the MUT date, and the sales guy asked if I would try on the Reverso... I told him I don't like rectangular watches, but I humored him... Long story short, it was amazing. I wasn't planning to buy any watch (I was waiting for a flight at Heathrow)... but in hindsight, I wish I grabbed it.

It may be my next watch, but I would still prefer the non-duo face... the duoface is cool with both dials, but not at the expense of the extra thickness (in my opinion). I like slim watches.
