As a new member you can't do that yet. When your post count is 10 or greater then you can.

But photos can be attached to your posts. There is a file size limit so you may need to adjust your photo to meet that limit.

One thing that might help us help you is a photo of the Submariner like the one of this Tudor below...

By the way, do you have access to a local watchmaker? Or maybe the seller from whom you bought the Sub?

As above a cannon pinion problem or the minute hand not attached properly - take to the AD for a look.
