The only difference I see is inbetween the squares there is no design on the Offshore. And also the offshore squares are bigger which I never liked compared to the RO squares. I never thought that was because one is stamped and the other engraved.

Tough to see on edo's pic because it has a very narrow depth of field/focus, but the circular grain can be seen on top of the squares too and not just in between...again though you have to be looking very closely.
