Which is too bad because there probably could have been a Dirk Pitt franchise if it had been done better. The Clive Cussler books had some interesting stories.

I didn’t know that it was part of a series let alone books. I watched that movie on a plane and I just remembered desperately wondering if it was ever going to get better or move along, or anything for that matter…

There were about 26 Dirk Pitt books and he helped make the orange dial Doxa dive watch famous.

He was a "Bond", "Indiana Jones" type that centered on diving and archeological/shipwrecks type stuff.

In all Clive Cussler wrote around 160 books.

I hate the fact that Hocus Pocus is on that list. It is terrible.

My wife is great, but she does have some "basic white girl" flaws. One being that she wants to watch Hocus Pocus every day during October.

Well you'll be thrilled to know that Hocus Pocus 2 is coming out next year.
