Great effort by the US team and long overdue. Was happy to see the US field a team free of the 'old guard' this time around. Nothing against those players as individual players, but the time had come to move on. When you have guys openly complaining about practice schedules and accomodations, the mission's pretty much already lost.

Well said. Lots of promise with the new squad and they really stepped up!

But also can't wait to see how Europe responds next time around.

Totally agree. I hate the college frat boy country club golf patron that shouts out to the opposing team. Every player on the course earned the right to be there and deserves respect. I have no problem getting excited and cheering for your team but have some class.
