Welcome and agree with all above... If you trust the seller it's a great deal. If you don't know or trust who you are dealing with, it is in the realms of maybe too good to be true... and you know the old saying about that.
For the sake of saving some cash you leave yourself open to the possibility of losing everything. Maybe see if they will do a face-to-face if you don't know them. Otherwise I think I may steer clear myself

Most European ADs will give a 20% discount on an Exp II as it is not a strong seller. I would go to a few local ADs and see what you can do.
