Care question: How to clean off the grit from platinum?

Been wearing my watch daily, it has accumulated quite a lot of grime and grit, how to get it off?

Should I consider an ultrasonic cleaner?

Start with a small drop of dawn, warm water and soft cloth.

Rinse it under the tap, use a drop of dawn and brush it down with a soft bristle toothbrush, rinse soap off under the tap, dry with clean microfiber cloth, done.

What they said. I also use a hair dryer on max, but on the cold air setting, to blow all the water out of the bracelet, and then finish with a cloth wipe down.
