Before and After...

Hi guys,

Just a couple of pics of you know who before and after my Weight Watcher's Diet...

I recommend this dietary programme very highly to anyone who so desires. It's easy, you can eat anything, but the key word is moderation. Believe me, it works. I lost 15 lbs. in about 3 months.

Before...at 205 lbs.

...and now at 190 lbs.

Looking good, JJ. But I like the desktop in the top picture better.

its rather obvious. JJ moved his desk, got a new computer, kept the 8 track player and the red stapler, and changed around the post it notes to throw us off.

good job jj on the diet. btw.... what poor soul at work gets the task of photographing you.

Hey Andy,

Nice to see you here. As to the poor soul in my office.....I just stick the camera into the hands of the first person who happens to be passing by....and presto!!

Looking back at the pics, I may have to agree with you, but the fact is there is a difference of 15 pounds in those 2 pics.

Tell me about it.....those same jeans are now so damn loose!!
