Rolex and Watch winder owners! Lend me you ears!

Hi yall , I just bought a automatic watch winder and I wanted to know what settings ( tpd) I should have for my Sub w/date F series ('05) and Daytona ( 2011)?

Also another quick question does having your watch on a winder really help with the maintenance of the watch by having the watch at least running while not in use?
What about the Crown's threading ?I mean I imagine not having to un-screw the crown each time you have left it alone for 3 days is going to help out a lot.

Thanks in advance.
P.s

Btw( I currently have both at 650 tpd *the minimum* on both watches.)

Sorry for The Grammers, submitted via Blackberry.

I use 650 on everything but thee Daytona. On my Daytona I used 850 not sure if that is correct or not but never had any issues

As for the maintenance, I would not worry about it either way. Wear your watches, let them sit, place them on a winder I would still service them about every 7years. This is of course just my opinion and works for me

I too was concerned about proper settings snd excessive wear when using a winder. So when my new DJ arrived in August, I went with an Orbita Rotorwind.

It comes close to natural wrist action and is absolutely quiet.

The Kubik watch winders are quite quiet. I own 2 Rolex ones and they are nice.
I also own a 8-watch rotating Kadloo Basel watch winder, which is OK, though you can ear the rotating sounds when complete silence in the room.

What are your thoughts on the Underwood Watch Winders? Specifically the UN800 or 810 models?
