Day date 40 white gold - would love thoughts/feedback

I’m looking to buy my first precious metal Rolex. I’ve decided that white gold is a lot more practical day to day and i am leaning toward day date 40 vs Daytona.

I am looking between these two options.

I love the olive green with Roman. I find the olive geeen works better with white gold than rose (I think the rose is nice but would not wear as much)

The grey is a new edition, it risks being too similar to date just but it has a lot of textures and the stick dial like could make it more practical. Overall would be a discrete piece.

I was not considering the blue Roman’s. It felt a bit more formal than the other two.

Would love to hear from folks on the forum who have tried on either olive or grey in person or bought either.

Thanks!
