Great thread and very nice pictures!
This is just what I wanted to look through, as I'm picking up mine from an AD in London when I go there on the 8th of October. Already paid it, and it's safely resting in the store safe. I know already it will definitely be a keeper! Have a great weekend!

I have a question:
Now that Rolex has stopped producing the LV, what do you guys think will happen with the price? :o) |

The way things are going, yes unfortunately the aluminium bezel insert's days are numbered.

The LV is a thing of beauty. My problem is that I'm one month into four, waiting for the thing to return from 1st service! God I miss that watch, nothing else compares!

Im so torn on the lv sub. I just sold mine a few weeks ago. Its crazy how somedays i love them and other days i get a little bored with the green. It is a beautiful, rich looking watch. In the future they may bring a few extra bucks over a reg sub, but they did make a ton of them.

I'll be floating down the San Juan River fly fishing Tuesday and Thursday. My LV will be on my wrist. It's my casual watch and I'll be wearing it a lot more since I retire September 30.

John, that arm is a worthy candidate to beat JJ off the throne for having TRF's hairiest arm

Just got mine a couple of months ago. No pics yet, sorry. Love the watch. I thought about changing the bezel to black when I first got it, but the green has really grown on me and now I think I will leave it alone. Very much a "keeper".
