Yes, along with the flounder......I don't know what that poor fish did wrong to get both eyes moved to one side of his body and being made to swim like that on the bottom.

I use a Canon G10 with an Ikelite underwater housing. I don't use a strobe/flash. I use the ambient light from the sun, and then white-balance for a given depth. This technique works well to depths of ~ 20m. Anything deeper than that and a strobe is needed because there just isn't enough light. I hope to get a strobe for these deeper shots in the near future
