Patek 5139G-001

I'm sitting on this opportunity to purchase a CPO 5139G from an Patek AD. The thing is this particular copy has gold moon/star disk when pretty much every other 5139G-001s have silver moon/star disk. Do you think it is factory or aftermarket modification? It has Geneva hallmark, indicating that it was made on or before July 2009. As far as I'm concerned 5139G-001 was first introduced in 2008. Attaching a photo of the very watch in question here as well as one of typical or "normal" copy that you would find everywhere else. Anything would help. Thanks.

Hadn't seen this before, the gold looks way better IMO. Out of curiosity what are they quoting for a price? Includes box and papers?

$55,000. Nothing else. Just the watch. How likely is it that it was done by someone other than Patek or Patek Service Centers?
