2021 Rolex Explorer 124270 running slow

Good afternoon everybody.

My Rolex Explorer is running 30+ seconds slow per day and needs servicing. It was purchased in 2021 so it is still covered under warranty. I would like to have it serviced either by NYC RSC or local AD RSC ideally. However, as a long time lurker on the forums, I have read a fair share of RSC horrors from scratches on case, lug, and bracelet to dust trapped underneath the crystal. Would any members here have any reliable RSC you recommend within 2 hour travel of NYC by car? (I am open to travel to NJ, upstate NY, or Long Island as long as the watch doesn't come back dinged since it is still in great condition.)

Any suggestion or advice is appreciated. Thank you for the input.
