Interesting! Thanks for the insight. Are steel center links on modern oyster bracelets also pressed into form like that, or are they solid all the way through?

On newer Rolex bracelets, they are solid gold now (see pic below) and not pressed into forms as shown above. Not sure what year they changed to the solid gold construction.
