Don't do it. Almost defeats the purpose of the root beer model to begin with. You want the two tone with with rose gold.

FWIW all Rolex watches with the possible exception of the Cellini go well with jeans and t-shirts. You have a beefy sport watch with an oyster bracelet, can go perfectly with jeans and a t-shirt. I wear my TT Datejust with denim shirts, polo shirts, etc.

My vote is no. It ain’t a Root beer if you take the bracelet off. It looks great dressed down or dressed up.

Here are a few pics of mine. It's on rubberized leather. I inadvertently ordered it one link too small on each side so I had to use a link of the bracelet on each side to make it work. Love the look!!

Hey all, sorry for reviving an old thread. I purchased a rubberb strap for my root beer and the springbars do not align with the case.

Has anyone used a rubberb strap on a rootbeer before? I have a M103CD sports model plus strap.

Thanks.

Have you tried thinner bars? I have to for my Sub with an Everest.

To my untrained eye, it looks perfect on the stock bracelet.

I wouldn’t. This watch is beautiful and arguably the best two tone watch Rolex has ever made and possibly the best TT watch on the market period.

Still looks good with a t shirt and jeans.

I’d leave it the way it is.
