114060 for 126610lv

November last year I let my AD know I was interested in this model. A bit more then a year later and I received the call.

Because of the BLRO I was bored with the 114060 and asked my AD for a trade-in. Their offer was good and I‘m happy I did not have the hassle of selling it elsewhere.

Two days ago I got to pick it up. As always, much better looking then any online pictures or videos. As a bonus the crown even lines up. Maybe this is now normal with all new Submariners?

The wife thinks it matches well with the christmas tree

Congrats! I guess the AD has a huge incentive when a valuable trade in is involved? Did it come through fairly quickly?

Hoping they gave you several thousands of dollars over the MSRP for the trade in...

Congratulations man, beautiful pickup! Can someone explain to me this whole “crown lining up” business ? Lining up with what?

My assumption is the crown when in lines up perfectly. If the watch was flat on the back, the crown would sit horizontal.
The crown on my new sub is more a 7pm-1pm aligment on a clockface when looking directly at it.

Congratulations. I am hoping this will be my next. Unfortunately I couldn’t wait so I went to the grey market for 126610LN. I only have one AD in the city.

Congratulations, if you are happy with the trade in price it’s the best way to do it. No hassle and no risk. Enjoy.

It’s a stunner by the way
