Do ALS Boutiques ever give discounts? Of course I know not for "allocation" pieces like Lumens, Odysseus, etc.

I recently "discovered" ALS for myself and visited an official ALS boutique. I was very surprised that there was a ZW Date in the case and available. But these seem to be trading at a good deal (~15+%) below retail. Anyone with recent experience on ALS Boutiques discounting?

Or, alternatively, perhaps ALS Boutiques aren't "allowed" to sell below MSRP?

No discounts. You pay more for the new boutique experience and the potential for future purchases from them later.
