I gave my son a Planet ocean 2500C coaxial for his birthday just under 3 years ago. It started to run slow and erratically and went in to Swatch Co.New Jersey
for repair under warranty. It came back to him in good working condition. They
also returned some parts that they replaced,including the dial and hands.
Since the dial and hands were perfect and no aging etc. I wondered why they would be replaced! Would anyone know why, during a replacement of some parts and a service, the dial and hands would also be replaced? Just curious
