Icon5 Vintage Ladies Precision Flip Top?

Hey everybody. I have a nice vintage ladies precision Rolex in 18k w/ a diamond flip top. I was just wondering if anyone could help me identify it & maybe estimating it's worth? I just spent a while googling with no luck at all.

Much thanks.

Jim

PS Sorry, I couldn't get my iphone to focus in on the face.

If nobody on this forum knows anything about this watch, is there anywhere where I could find experts who would know?

It's a 60's or 70's women's cocktail watch. They're are 100's of variants, generally they don't command much more than a few hundred dollars above spot. They're not very sought after due to the small size. And women generally don't collect/wear vintage watches.

It may not be worth much, but it is a nice little watch.
