My PF Sport arrived yesterday. Love the crisp, clean look of the dial. Texture is hard to convey with a pic but it’s all class. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

does anyone know whether these rubber/cordura straps will fit on the PF micro-rotors as well? Havent seen in person yet so dont know whether either the PF micro or the PF sport have quick releases?

Wonderful watches. I've only ever owned one, and not a hgh-end model (a Tonda Metrographe). I did like it, though.

Interesting thought. I have doubts as the pf micro is notably thinner.

He said they hadn't tried mounting it before, so couldn't confirm; I had asked if there were plans to introduce a rubber strap to the micro-rotor, given that there's a gold PF micro-rotor with a leather strap (which of course would fit the stainless steel micro-rotor?...). He said he was unaware of plans to do so, as the design intent for the PF micro-rotor was to have a bracelet. Anyway, as I was about to leave the booth, one of the guys stopped me, and said "ah, yes, the rubber strap & deployant from the PF Sport should fit the micro-rotor.. " and when I asked why, all of a sudden, he came to that realization... he said that a customer had fitted the rubber strap to the skeleton PF -- which is a 40mm steel case. He added that the bracelets and deployants were not readily available, and might have to wait until next summer... Let me know if you plan to mount yours. I'm a bit hesitant to go through the trouble of ordering it, to find out it doesn't have an ideal fit! |

Just speculation on my part but sounds like these questions caught them off guard as their view may be that they know what look is best for their creations…..what they need, is omegas view which is sure we happy to sell you parts and clip our profit

wonder why that'd be; I had asked at a local AD some while back about plausibility of mounting a rubber strap on the microrotor, and they also said it probably wouldn't work. but then I asked if they ever tried, and of course they hadn't. (I respect that they wouldn't want to mess around with their new inventory, but still)

The regular versions were great though. The bracelet and overall thinness is cool. |

In the pictures this guy selling has the finishing looked rather pedestrian but I recall when it launched I thought it was finished every bit as good as the 15407 based on press photos. I’m confused what to think as I haven’t handled it. I had the original and it was a great watch. I probably would have been a buyer around 30k and am glad it went for more.

I have a PF Chronograph (blue dial/bracelet) arriving today. I was told by my AD and confirmed by corporate that ALL the straps and bracelets for the PF timepieces are interchangable. I ordered the grey alligator strap with the steel deployant for mine and was told ETA 4 weeks.

I'm on the fence about ordering, as it was basically $1,400 after taxes ($530 for rubber strap; $800 for deployant). seemed a bit steep. |

Too many moving pieces in this trade to give you a specific price. It was part of the final negotiations. I was told a similar price for the clasp, never quoted a price for the strap.

My chronograph arrived yesterday. Very pleased with the fit and finish, comfort and action of the chronograph movement. Previously owned a Metrograph, and I must say the PF is much more “High End”.

Been on a smaller watch (for me) kick and hovering in the neo-vintage space. Grabbed this PF classic and it arrived today. Great next to the UN 386-88. More to come. |
