This bother anybody else?

I should just forget about it, enjoy the watch, and take care of those scratches at service.
Obviously, I like my things to be kept in pristine condition. However, I am not stressing about it at my desk. I am always somewhat cold, so I normally just wear long-sleeve shirts. It also covers my watch while working at my desk.

The clasp of a desk diver

I’m retired now but I used to work in an office. My watches aren’t that scratched up. Probably because I never did much of anything. lol. Just kidding. But seriously, my watches never got scratched up that much when I worked.

I use a leather desk pad. It’ll still scratch but no deep scratches.

If you want to limit this take the watch off when you get to work or don’t wear a watch at work.

Being OCD, it annoys me as well. I usually place a thin piece of satin scotch tape on the raised center of the buckle. After a day or two, the air bubbles bleed through the scotch tape and you won't even notice it's there. In regard to the bracelet, there are fiber glass brushes (or use a fine scratch pad with water) that will restore the finish very close to factory finish. Make sure take the bracelet off the watch head.

Hey, it's what I do!

Search for "Rolex silicon case", they're on amazon/ebay/aliexpress. Should keep your watch looking completely NIB (or at least LNIB) for when it's time to sell.
