My Grandfather's Bucherer

I was reading another TRF thread that got me thinking of the possibility that there might be someone who had knowledge or insight into the history of my Grandfather's Bucherer. Please! I believe my Grandfather purchased the watch in the mid 1950s, possibly in Switzerland. The crown and crystal are not original nor is the strap. The case is 18k and the movement was serviced about 10 years ago. It's priceless to me but a real world comparative would be interesting. I wore this watch almost exclusively for 30 years. Thanx for reading.
Happy Holidays
