<<< 321 Artelier d’ Excellence Bienne >>>
The family will be traveling to Switzerland during the Christmas holidays and me being … well … a watch nerd, I’d like to know if anyone here knows whether Omega makes tours available for their Artelier in Bienne.
I realize that everything may be closed down for the holidays but nevertheless I figured I’d ask. I’ve already reached out to my SA at the boutique in Vancouver as well. Thanks folks |

I'm not sure but truly hope it is for your sake, Brian! That would be quite the experience, so I'm hoping to see pictures of this.

Hope so! Maybe you could even meet with the person who worked on your 321.

I just heard back from my contact at OB in Vancouver, unfortunately they do not offer tours to the general public. They do have a museum there, so I may take a side trip to check it out |

Strongly recommend the Omega museum (went in 2020 shortly after it opened), and don’t skip out on the Swatch portion. Incredibly fun. Also recommend the international horology museum in chaux de fonds, about an hour away by train. |

Brian, I live in Switzerland and if there's anything I can help you with (like call some local shops, boutiques or so), just let me know. Switzerland during Christmas is fun! In case you arrive before December 23rd, make sure to check out the Christmas market on Sechseläutenplatz in Zurich (it's called "Wienachtsdorf", which is Swiss for "Christmas village")

We arrive in Zurich on the 23rd and plan to make our way across the country stopping in Lucerne, Montreux and ending up in Chamonix. We are traveling with the kids 18 and 16, and the grandparents (who are still quite active). I’m permitted one half day to geek out on watches and I had hoped to tour the Omega Artiler in Biel, but apparently they don’t have tours for the public. I had hoped to see where the 321 is being made. Anyway, I’m SO excited to see your beautiful country. I’m of Swiss origin, according to my parents, they date our family back as far as 1690. |
