Would RSC ever mismatch lume color on hands (blue and green hands on same watch)?

Came across a pre ceramic (D serial) sub from a reputable dealer. No question about its authenticity but rather it’s service history.

It had service papers/card from RSC from a few years ago but it has differently lumed hands. The hour hand has period correct green lume while the minute hand is the new blue lume.

Got me wondering if RSC would ever do this or is it more likely that it was serviced elsewhere?

Don't think the RSC would do that. But mistakes are a remote possibility.

More likely that the watch got onto someone else's bench after the RSC service.

Welcome to TRF - hope that's a bit of help.

That sounds strange and surely something that would or should have been picked up on by the RSC
