The Cartier Santos is a great value - in house movement, more antimagnetic than a Rolex Milgauss, water resistant to 100m, the Quickswitch bracelet system, makes it super easier to switch between its metal bracelet and a variety of straps, making it incredibly versatile. the curved case and lugs make it incredibly comfortable to wear. It's also a classic design that never goes out of style.

I love the JLC Reverso, but the prices have jumped drastically in the last 2 years with no actual improvements, merely because they can! It has a nice movement, but you can't swim with it, it's not antimagnetic, and for some people the flat back of the watch keeps it from sitting comfortably on the wrist (depends on your wrist size and shape). It's definitely a watch you need to try on to see if it fits comfortably.

Wishing you luck with whatever you decide.
