Lost thread

I remember a post a while ago about something like "who has the biggest".
I was trying to find a picture of some of the large watches out there & can't find this thread.
Can someone post me a link?
Thanks

I can't find it either - I posted in that thread and when I view the list of all my own posts, it doesn't show up. I doubt very much it's lost - I'm quite sure at least one person knows where it is and why it's gone.

Certainly undermines credibility - that thread does.

My bad - the last post was two minutes apart from a spam thread. I was too quick on the mouse button and accidentally selected both threads to be taken out of general circulation, instead of just the spam thread.

Anyway, the thread's back up now.

Yes Al, as I said in my last post, I've put it back into circulation.

By the way, this thread belongs to the Suggestions/Complaints/Support forum. I'll move it there.

Why is that? I don't read it as suggestion, complaint, or support related. Wouldn't the Open forum be the appropriate venue?

John was looking for a thread and he couldn't find it - the complaint was that the thread disappeared, and the web admin support provided was that the issue was looked into, the cause of the problem identified and the problem was rectified. The crux of the matter is a forum administration issue and it therefore belongs here. Why would you say that it's got more cause to be in the Open Forum?

Simple. From my perspective it relates to a general question about watches, which might actually make the Watches (Non-Rolex) forum more appropriate.

No complaining on my part, was just looking for the thread on BIG watches.
I had a chance to pick one up & wanted to see pictures of the particular watch.

The thread must have been hidden under a bonsai tree.

I just saw this thread. I think there may be a miscommunication here. I think James was talking about this "Lost Thread" thread and not the original "Who's got the biggest..." thread. The latter is back where it belongs (on the "Watches (Non Rolex)" board) and this "Lost Thread" thread is right where it belongs.

Is everything clear now?

No harm, no foul.

Amanda, It's not the size it's the quality ;o) least that's what the tell me?! :o)

mini, it was not hiding under a bonsai tree as Gedanken stated it was mistakenly removed alone with another post (spam) and was replaced when brought to our attention.
