Nope, I clarified with him and he literally meant switching out the green face for a black one so I'd end up with kind of a half-baked Kermit. Really strange.

When I went to my AD to do a quick check on my Hulk last Feb. before posting it for sale, there was new mgmt. and (reading between the lines) some hint that it was for a reason. Maybe I'm just being drama-minded but...
