I was reaching out to purchase it. Thank goodness I didn’t buy from them. I’m sure it would not have turned out well.

Wow that is truly insane. I think they forgot that the luxury goods space isn’t essential and customer service is important.

Well...unless you’re a Rolex AD

Please do not give these people your money. They clearly don’t care.

You’re 100% correct.
I have experienced the same thing earlier today. I called that guy and pretends to be so busy. I want to ask for the watch and he wanted to just talk about payment. Like I’m asking questions from him and he’ll be like- it’s going to be bank wire, do you have 8k, do you have 15k.
If he’s going to ask this to each customer then who is he going to sell Hahahaha.

He wants your money first and then “TRY” to get the watch. He doesn’t even confirm if he can get it.
I’m comfortable paying first but at least he should confirm if he can even get it.
Very RUDE person. Please avoid.

I received a similar email today. I was asking common questions about sales tax and delivery and trying to navigate the checkout system and he had heard enough. He told me no more emails. Buy it or don’t.

It’s amazing to me how they are in business. Do people really just buy now and don’t read reviews? They are nasty and don’t even have the watches they sell on hand. I’ve read where they change prices when your about to pay. They say they can change prices at anytime. Buy it or don’t with some nasty comments. I hope they get exposed for who they are but there seems to be enough people who don’t care.

In fairness to them, their FAQ section does spell out pretty clearly that if you’re looking for a customer service experience, they aren’t the place.

Horrible customer service. I have a friend that bought a Hublot from them and for some reason had some sort of issue (mechanical and also strap related), they wouldn't honor the warranty or even want to take a look. He had to file an insurance claim with his credit card to get it settled. So bad.

The question I have is why would anyone who frequents TRF with any regularity would reach out to "jaztime" or whoever they are, rather than DSW or the other Trusted dealers that advertise on this site?

Good question. As you know I have bought 4 rolexes from DavidSW and 3 from chris o neill. All perfect transactions. The watch I am looking for was a mk1 and it’s a little harder to find since they only made them for about 1 year. So jaztime has a YouTube Chanel I watched while researching the watch. They had the watch I was looking for so I reached out since I was getting impatient. Lessons learned.

Keep checking on DSW. I see them regularly pop up on there with the MK1 dial. He has one right now fully stickered and unworn.

Thank you. I just bought one from Takuya on TRF. Full set. I’m loving it so far! I’d rather pay a little more and have no worries then to buy from Jaztime.

probably he doesn't have the watch, and it would be shipped from someone else.

This deserves to be spread. I don't care what the OP asked or said in their original email, this reply is totally uncalled for.

Unreal.

I just read- he wrote, “call, no emails.” When I called him, he asked how did you the number and please email. I told him ok WhatsApp me on your business account and he pretends to be busy over there too.

Why does their company advertise the fact they were robbed?

Seems strange. Also their nasty gram forgot information after the word permanent in the email.

2008 - 2010: GARAGE START UP
Originally our CEO, started by buying and selling used Rolex Watches via Craigslist and eBays. Thus he was following the tradition of Bill Gates and Steve Jobs. In 2019 he started his first brick & mortar watch store.

2012 - 2013: IRVINE MARKET PLACE
For a short time we resided in the Irvine Market Place just across the street from our previous location but soon had to move out again because a well known fast food chain offered more for our store location.

It is just odd.

Wow found this on the BBB site. Looks like they are scammers. As long as you don’t have to talk to them they seem to be fine. They are not a watch dealer. They source watches and charge a premium for it. Disgusting way to treat people in our hobby. I hope no one buys from these guys.

BEWARE NEVER EVER BUY BROM THIS DEALER

I was looking for an AP Royal oak offshore that was advertised in their website with box and papers that it was in stock. After I clicked the BUY NOW they didn't process my order. I've emailed them to inquire the wire transfer info and the didn't respond. When I contacted them through WhatsApp they've said that they don't have the watch and will try to source it. Later they've said they can't find it and if I want to buy another watch. I replied to their WhatsApp and said I will think of buying another model and contact them later. Next day they are trying to push me to buy another model, so I ignored them and blocked their number. Guess what the've emailed me and say that they can get me the watch without papers. LOL wtf is with this Jaztime
I've replied to their email and said that I've got the watch from another dealer (In fact I've got it from dealer who have it in stock and shipped it next day without fake posting like this Jaztime)

To make things short I think most of the watches of their website aren't in stock (Aka ghost listing) and pushes a sale for a different watch.
