New 3186 movement for the new GMT-II

Hi guys,

As opposed to the existing 3185 movment in the current GMT-II and Exp-II models wherein the independedly movable small (hour) hand has to be turned round the midnight mark to change the date, the new GMT-II is now fitted with the 3186 movment which allows for a quick-set of the date.

Cheers - JJ

When will Rolex stop coming up with all these marvelous technical innovations? I just can't keep up with them.

I don't think any of us have seen the full gold version pictured above, but I'd be very anxious to see and hold one in person. That itself would be an experience!!
