Nah, I'm good with my smartwatch at the gym. Gotta track that heart. But thanks.

I know this is a Rolex Forum, but I think the Casio F-91W is the ultimate gym watch. Tells the time, has a stop watch, totally indestructible, and only $5.

I'd switch to an Apple Watch to get fitness tracking, but if you're dead-set on it the obvious choice is the Pelagos (42, not 39) whose spring-loaded clasp is suited to this like no other Rolex bracelet.

I wear all my Rolex’s to the gym. I dont body build, I do barbell strength training and olympic lifts. Wouldn’t be able to give input into body building because I dont focus on that in the gym, but I do wear my watches.

Green which gives hulk vibes, but without the dainty bracelet and clasp of the hulk. Not over bloated and juiced up like the seadweller, which is too top heavy to not get in the way.

Somehow I feel it must be an AP Offshore. Such a fit person must have a tree trunk of a wrist.

I have been wearing my 36mm Explorer to the gym. I do most of my lifting at home but use the gym for cardio and various machines that I have no room for. The Explorer is light and unobtrusive, doesn’t scream ROLEX and because it’s small it looks like an old guy’s watch to the youngsters which is fine because I look like an old guy too.

This is what I use... the new Sub-tona Deep Sea Explorer...
I don't need the weights to bench press!
(but I do need to swap wrists every so often...)

Stick to 5 digit 40mm sizes.

They make the "guns" look bigger

Excerpt from the official Bodybuilding F.A.Q.:

Q: What is the best bodybuilding watch?
A: Breitling

Sorry. Just read the thread title and "Breitling" just came to mind.

No glidelock to help with the pump though. Have you considered this?

Wow, getting swole and saying a sea dweller is a behemoth. Are you taking Bar classes, Zumba, or floaty weights in a pool.

There is one dude in my gym who wears a watch… one of the new metal Casio DW5600s. He is an absolute unit… it is the best bodybuilding watch.
