Nicest Boxes / Best Presentation

Curious which manufacturer, in your experience, packages their watches in the nicest boxes and / or has the best presentation?

I really like Omega's presentation and really like the box I got with my Bvlgari. Any others you can think of that just have great presentations?

Hate to say it but Patek boxes slap. Like the Rolls Royce of boxes haha

MB&F definitely have the coolest ones. Super futuristic.

I really like the inlay and applied metal name/logo under the lacquer on these.

I like the long-ish type by Philippe Dufour and certain Kari Voutilainen.

I don’t know about the nicest, but Cuervo y Sobrinos’s are, or used to be, functioning humidors.

the simpler and smaller the box the better. let the timepiece speak for itself. I prefer Lange boxes to Rolex. Have you ever tried to sell a rolex with just the box and papers? the buyer will want the cardboard "outer packaging" and the foam insert in addition to the inner and outer boxes that came with the watch. if a manual or plastic hangtag or piece of the string is missing the deal is dead!

My two most interesting boxes are from Journe and Czapek, for different reasons. The Journe box circa 2012 is similar to the boxes Ichiran references. Really beautifully finished and I still use it in lieu of a watch roll as it's pretty compact. The Czapek box is plastic, but compartmentalized to store the included tools, extra strap, and papers. You can also remove the smaller central box and use it for display or as a travel case.

Ok, have to say that's one heck of an amazing 'box'. Wow!!!

The Czapek 'box' is a very usable, FUNctional for those who are more hands-on with their timepieces. You have good storage compartments to organize various bits and pieces. So for function I love the Czapek, for visual beauty Kari gets the nod.

Omega boxes vary, yet the one with the 50th Anniv Buzz Butt includes lots of fun bits, patches, a mini lunar lander as a watch holder(!), and Mayors added the small gold astronaut, a pen....

My Omega Tokyo 2020 Olympic "Black" arrived today. The box was fantastic!

But I think overall, Patek does a fantastic job on their boxes in the past few years.

Omega boxes are generally cool, but way to large for my own personal preference when it comes to storing them!

The earlier Vacheron boxes were cool, as they transformed into a leather traveller case for watch and straps.

Those are perfect boxes. Small, storable, and beautiful. Nothing superfluous. Nothing irritates me more than pointless giant cases (looking at you Omega).
