I'll weigh in I have about 10 or more pair of Churchs. A few Aussie boots and a few Bally and Magli's thrown in. Sorry the photo quality is not great on my old iphone, the brogues are good for a laugh and the mustard colour ones are custom made Hippo skin Church's. No I did not order them new they are vintage and very cool.

The other brown brogues are Floris Van Bommel from the Netherlands a small bootmaker dating back over 200 years every bit as lovely as Church's and others.

Thanks for sharing.

It looks like a very nice collection of shoes.

It's too bad the photo isn't just a bit better.

No one with Shell Cordovan shoes or boots? Or is that never used in British shoes?

Shell is used in British shoes. I have a couple of Crockett and Jones in shell.

The Marlow Wingtip and the Lindrick.

Actually, I will be picking up a pair of those Daltons in shell when the A&E Trunk Show sale hits in October.

Not to venture from the British made focus, but blue suede shoes are right up my alley...

Here are my AE Spiaggia's which I happen to be wearing today.

Extremely comfortable and also on sale right now.

Alfred Sargent Moore in Cherry on the 724 Last

Even better than usual as A Fine Pair of Shoes currently has these on sale.

Reg £393.00 Sale £300.00 (Ex.VAT: £250.00)

http://www.afinepairofshoes.com/coll...e-moore-cherry

By the way these pictures from their website really don't do the shoe much justice, they look alot better than depicted here.

I have them in three colors. My favorite. Best fit I have ever had. Love them, just wish they had a similar version as a slip-on.

I'm not that familiar with what loafers Alfred Sargent would or wouldn't have to be honest. However I would imagine they would be on a different Last if they did as most shoemakers use a different Last for loafers. My one problem with Alfred Sargent is that they don't have a very large catalogue of shoes however.

Sorry for belated response.

I have an Italian loafer that looks very close. Fit is fine however my AS are perfect. As far as I know that don't make a similar loafer. Just wish they would. Initially I bought a pair and couldn't believe the fit. If they were bespoke they couldn't be better. I followed up with two other colors and the fit and finish we're perfect. I need to order the Chestnut Moore one of these days...

I was fortunate enough to pick up a pair of Cherry Moores while on sale from A Fine Pair of Shoes, great looking shoe.

I've been on a bit of a Alfred Sargent kick lately. However here is a pair of boots that I knew I wanted when I first saw them over 6 months ago. The fact that they used Cognac Shell and a Pebble Shaft didn't hurt either. So when I had the chance to get a pair of these Alfred Sargent Millers I jumped at the chance.

My latest, C&J - Highbury - the ones Daniel Craig wears in Skyfall (I didn't know this until after I bought them).

They are so comfortable to walk in I will probably get another two pairs.

Very sharp, I also like how these come with the Dainite sole.
