Blanton's...All Day Every Day. Pappy is just for collecting for me, I don't care much for it other than the 23yr. I enjoy the 10yr over the 15yr. But would still rather drink Blanton's. As for hot chocolate, I find the Eagle Rare's Toffee finish blends nicely with my winter hot chocolate :)
