NJ/NY Seiko Watchmakers

Hello Folks,

I am reaching out with a question. I have a seiko turtle (blue dial) and the watch runs perhaps +12/13 (not bad for a Seiko) per day and the bezel is slightly off center. I spoke to a few folks around my neck of the woods here in NJ and they want to send it back to seiko. I suspect, Seiko will say its within spec and send it right back.

Are there folks in the NY/NJ area that can regulate the movement and correct the bezel alignment? Any suggestions are appreciated.
