Are all chapter ring Tudor Submariners gilt?

And if not, are the matte dials original or service replacement? If original what year did the switchover take place?

I recently came across this one with excellent case and 9315 bracelet, but the dial looks off to me, although I am not at all knowledgeable of Tudor. (I apologize for the mediocre cell pics, but they were the best I could quickly get).

Linesider would be best to answer this but my understanding is that Chapter ring tudor 7928 had a few variations. They started with all gilt but there was also a gilt chapter but silver text version too. At some point, there may also have been a all silver chapter dial too (Linesider to confirm)?

That watch is a legit 64-66 "Silver Print" dial. Gilt Chapter ring but the dial printing is silver and above the layer. On the earlier case with the pointed crown guards the dial was all gilt printing from 59 through early 63, and then for the balance of 1963 it was the silver print.

Good looking watch

No silver track I have ever heard of but some fade to that look

OP might be asking if the chapter ring dials were originally glossy gilt dials, and then transitioned to matte gilt dials. Or, were those matte gilt dials service dials.
