Chiming in here as a fellow Aussie! I had my 16610 serviced by Sydney RSC (way back) and they were fantastic, watch came back factory fresh, back then i just called and dropped the watch off in person at the George st office. Now they are closed, It's watch to AD to Melbourne RSC as the only option leaves me less than thrilled.
