BUT... I have a problem! The cooler is to Humid, white "mold" and labels are getting all messed up! I called EuroCave and they walked me through an elaborate recalibration process. I'll let it sit for a day and then I need to take out every bottle, clean them with a vinegar solution, wipe the inside, let it sit for 30 mins, put a new charcoal filter in it, put them all back and Hope this goes away! I'll get a count but i think 30-40 bottles are looking like crap. What a total Bummer.

I guess we need to start drinking more wine. I've kind of slowed down a little but some of the older bottles need to get opened.
Update on wine fridge... I followed up with the company when we got home from vacation. They sent a technician out to assess the situation. He said it's faulty and needs to be replaced. Since it's under warranty shouldn't be an issue, right? Well the representative gave me a hard time and made me jump through hoops. Finally I asked him if this conversation was being taped, to repeat his name and to connect me with his Manager. He said to hold on for a minute, got back on the line said he got a free replacement approved and I would be contacted when it is ready to ship. Very sad that companies have to play game like this with good customer's. This is our second unit as we moved up to their premier model.

Opened a dammaged bottle tonight. Cork had a little mold on top but seems to be okay. I'll know what it tastes like in 45 minutes or so.

.....that's terrible.

Hoping that your rest of your collection isn't affected...

I too, use the wine fridges (2 Actually) Now I'm hoping it doesn't happen to me.

Good job going up the chain. Sad we have to do that these days as opposed to them stepping up and making it an amazing customer experience that we sing the praises about.

Amazing dinner tonight in a wine cellar in Palisade, Colorado. Bonfire Oysters was the cook and the Blue Beryl Winery was the host. It started with two different oyster pairings, then tuna and salmon, then crab cakes, and finally gelato. Only took a few pics during the night. Just an outstanding night of both food and wine.

Our hosts Courtney and her husband Zach.

We know the owners and they let us camp in the RV at the winery last night. The wine was free flowing, so I’m paying for it today, but yeah it was a fantastic night.

I love Quintessa! I’ll keep an eye out for the Purple Angel, hadn’t heard of it before but looks great from what I googled just now. Thanks for the tip!

Very Cool experience Roger. Ambiance looks wonderful. I'll bet the wine was on point as well.
