more of a vintage watch and in my thinking it was the pre DJ of today. It is not an automatic and has to be wound and very relieable as all Rolexes! Thats my story and I'm sticking with it ;o)

Earl is correct, the 6694 is a manual wind.

Also, it's not a chronometer, hence the 'Precision' on the dial, case size 34mm and 19mm between the lugs.

Calibers used were 1215 and 1225. 17/18 jewel movement, manual wind, sweep seconds, calender, 21,600 beats per hour and shock protecting.

That watch probably dates from the 1960's to 1970's.
