Picture settings - What am I doing wrong?

Most pictures from the forum download just fine. But I'm not getting some to open. For example, I can never get this classified seller's pictures to open:

I'm sure it's a setting or an antivirus thing. Any suggestions to resolve it are appreciated.

Thanks.

If using IE as your browser go to Tools /Internet Options / Security tab /make sure Internet zone is selected first. Then click Custom level/scroll down and look for “Display mixed content” and select it to Enable it might fix it or change your browser to chrome

Thanks Peter. The mixed content solution worked for my work computer. But for my home computer, neither option succeeded. Must be some other security setting on my home machine.
