Vietnam era field watch.

Found a 1967 U.S. Military field watch this morning for three dollars at a flea market. It is a W-3818B, a Bernus, I think. The crystal is cracked, and the second hand has fallen off and is floating around inside. The dial and hands are in fair shape and plenty readable. The watch runs but pretty fast. I like the look of field watches and am thinking about getting it fixed up (new crystal and movement service). Anyone have a suggestion as to who might be good with watches like this. I don't want to spend over two hundred. I would not wear the watch much, it is awfully small on my wrist, but I think it would be nice to preserve this little piece of history.
