Congrats!

Be sure to size it on the big size first, you can always make it smaller if need be, but once you cut it, its cut.

Fyi, i did not cut off the final rib on mine until after i wore it about 6 months...just to be sure. Even if the strap is a bit too long, the way its designed is very forgiving & will fit comfortably.

You are a very lucky man! If I were to write all the expletives my wife says about our hobby I'd be admonished here

Not my watches... they belong to my parents but thought I'd share with you guys.

My father's newest Patek, just in last week.

His other Patek and my mother's Patek.

Oh cheer up Eric.

At least this way you get to take care of it for the next generation.

TRF can potentially make me backrupt!
I was thinking about a rose gold AP 15300 and now this thread shows me how good looking a 5167R can be on someone wrist. I am not a big fan of rubber strap but I might change my mine!

Admiring all the PP beauties here.
Will be awhile to afford a new PP piece, but inherited one. It's a timeless piece indeed....

all patek threads should be banned.
i used to think that pp was for old and boring gentlemen. now there are two possibilities: i was wrong or i have become one.....

all i know that pp remains a distant dream for me in the foreseeable future.
